0:12 going to be heading over to Mickey D's
0:13 and getting an item
0:16 that just was released in the U.S today
0:19 I think for the first time ever
0:22 for many times I have thought it'd be
0:24 not great to get some Big Mac
0:25 on a chicken sandwich it'd be great to
0:28 have some dipping sauce Big Mac sauce I
0:31 love Big Macs I love filet of fish I
0:33 like Mickey D's not very healthy
0:36 but I do enjoy it from time to time also
0:39 I have lost
0:41 five plus four pounds nine pounds I have
0:44 lost so far on this Trek of eating a
0:46 little bit better yes I know what you're
0:48 saying McDonald's is horrible I agree I
0:51 have been counting calories I have not
0:52 eaten today and what I am going to do is
0:55 put in the app I've been using been
0:56 using the Lose It app
0:58 and I will add up my calories and I
1:00 still will not hit a number that I need
1:03 to be today so even though I'm going to
1:04 be eating garbage I have been hitting
1:06 the gym
1:07 on the treadmill today I did an hour if
1:09 you want to follow along with my journey

1:17 you can kind of see what I have been
1:18 doing to to drop a few pounds I have
1:20 lost nine
1:22 as of right now so I'm pretty pretty
1:23 excited about that
1:25 and I'm gonna celebrate by going to
1:27 Mickey D's for the first time ever
1:28 dipping items
1:31 in
1:33 Big Mac sauce
1:34 this is the time by the way the size of
1:36 this clock does not have
1:40 the little characters on it this size
1:41 does
1:54 you see it's about four minutes until
1:54 six I'd also like to give a little shout
1:57 out to my buddy the endorsement
1:59 YouTube's own food reviewer the
2:02 endorsement he messaged me this morning
2:04 and said there's a dude there's a new
2:06 sauce that comes out today
2:08 you should go check it out I said I'm
2:10 not going to do that I've been trying to
2:11 eat better but I really have done really
2:13 well the last 10 days and I'm going to
2:16 celebrate and I'm not even going to go
2:17 over my calories I'm going to eat some
2:18 bad food but I'm gonna eat about half
2:20 the calories of what my daily intake is
2:22 so I'll be fine
2:32 oh it just moved I'm inviting

2:36 shall we I'm going to the celebration of
2:37 McDonald's shall we also here in the
2:39 next hour so there's going to be some
2:41 severe weather rolling through town
2:43 so I'm gonna get over get the food and
2:45 try to eat it before it rolls in and I
2:48 will be partaking of these items while
2:50 picking them up I should say from the
2:51 art deco McDonald's
2:53 here in celebration but I got to use the
2:56 app you can't just go in and order you
2:58 got to use the app
2:59 for whatever reason and to be honest
3:01 I've never used the app before so this
3:02 will be the first time using the
3:03 McDonald's app also look from here you
3:05 can actually see the Mickey power pole
3:07 from here take a look
3:16 not sure why I've never noticed that

3:18 I've gone through this drive through a
3:19 handful of times
3:21 it usually sometimes I'll pull through
3:22 here and get a Coca-Cola which I haven't
3:24 drank soda in the last 10 days I've been
3:25 on this weight loss thing
3:27 but McDonald's has the best Coke I will
3:29 not be getting a Coke today

4:07 is disappointing about McDonald's is
4:09 they do not have a grilled chicken
4:11 sandwich they have a mcrispie which is
4:13 fried spicy mcrispy which is fried
4:15 a deluxe mccrispie the Big Mac is 600
4:19 calories
4:21 so I'm trying to keep it around 1200
4:23 tops for everything I don't want to go
4:25 over 1200 I'm allotted 2 000. do you
4:28 know as far as to lose weight by the
4:30 time frame I want to I want to lose it
4:32 by
4:33 I think I think it said by November I
4:34 should be down to 200 pounds if I can
4:36 eat 2 000 calories a day and
4:38 and uh not go over that as I'm trying to
4:41 stay under that and Lose It by early
4:43 September end of August but we'll see
4:45 what happens but you can see the burgers
4:48 and stuff 500 calories 250 for a small
4:50 Burger
4:51 filet of fish which I love 390 calories
4:54 I'm not going to be getting matte bad
4:55 thing about those is I can do like four
4:57 of them so I will not be partaking in
4:58 that probably what I'm going to do is
5:01 the regular McChicken for 400 calories
5:04 let's mark that down 400 calories
5:11 now granted there probably is a lot of
5:11 other things besides calories that are
5:12 horrible to eat in these things which
5:14 I've already stated but I'm doing the
5:16 calorie counting thing for now it seems
5:17 to be working slowly but surely so
5:19 looking at the McChicken here two
5:20 dollars and nineteen cents 400 calories
5:22 I'm gonna add it to the bag so it's been
5:25 added to the bag as my bag
5:27 right down there I would it's going to
5:30 be interesting when I go in here to pick
5:31 this up and people are probably just not
5:32 even ordering on the app and they're
5:33 just probably just walking right in and
5:35 getting what they need to get so I feel
5:37 like I need to get something else
5:39 another thing that I normally would get
5:41 that I do not put Big Mac sauce on maybe
5:45 let's see
5:46 quarter pounder with Chi 500 calories
5:50 that'll put me at 900. let me do that
5:54 a quarter pounder with Chi 500 calories
5:57 adding it to the bag I'm doing that okay
6:00 now I know this is definitely not uh not
6:03 healthy I've said that already but like
6:05 I said I have not eaten yet today and I
6:07 burned 400 calories on the treadmill so

6:15 slices are not going to be good with the
6:16 sauce normally I would get that but I'm
6:19 trying to lose some weight french fries

7:34 1200 calories where's my bag
7:37 ah what did I do okay got it punch back
7:40 in now so I put 1200 calories in
7:43 I'll put 1300 I'll just put 1300 which I
7:46 know is like a gross over exaggeration
7:48 and review and pay how do you want it oh
7:51 curbside table service counter or drive
7:54 I can go through the drive through and
7:56 get this thing let's go do the counter I
7:59 hardly ever go in this place so let's do

8:02 come inside to pick up your order I will

9:04 that would put me at almost 1500. but I
9:07 still have two thousand you know what
9:08 let's live a little I'll be at 1500

9:21 just trying to document this experience

9:37 so I'm definitely not eating any cookies

15:32 bubbly which I'm not because it's just
15:34 regular water probably tap water

15:46 all the items that could be seen in here
15:46 a McChicken I like how everything has a
15:49 mick on it
15:50 also as you know that Ronald has not
15:52 been utilized for like 15 years where
15:56 has
15:58 Ronald gone
15:59 and no longer use Ronald
16:02 as a spokesman or
16:05 as a
16:07 mascot anymore I mean like right now the
16:10 fry guys would be good to have as
16:12 company and then mayor mcchees probably
16:16 like this
16:22 and then here are the three some little
16:22 paint splotches down below
16:25 and one fry there went with a small fry
16:30 which kind of helps a little bit but you
16:31 know all in all like I said this is not
16:33 a healthy meal but it's still not
16:37 still not horrible for my calorie intake
16:39 which I'm going off of but a lot of
16:40 people have different
16:42 different ways they lose weight I'm just
16:43 trying to stick to what I am and
16:44 occasionally I don't want to like
16:45 completely eliminate things that I enjoy
16:49 but I know I shouldn't be eating this so
16:51 be kind
16:53 I get the McDonald's logo in there

17:34 I started this morning
17:36 this is later in the afternoon
17:38 some were saying this is not correctly
17:41 the 100 legit Big Mac sauce
17:44 to me my first taste it tastes like Big
17:48 wow
17:50 Big Mac sauce on
17:58 a regular burger well a quarter pounder
17:58 I'm gonna put it on there
18:03 because you know usually you can't get
18:03 this on a quarter pounder you only get
18:05 it on a Big Mac but I'm going in
18:08 with the Big Mac sauce

18:13 look at that
18:15 Big Mac sauce a quarter pounder I can't
18:17 even see it it's so shiny so glary
18:36 I'm not gonna lie that's a tasty burger
18:36 with the sauce added on there it really
18:38 adds to the experience
18:43 does in and out have their own sauce
18:43 they have their own sauce they don't
18:45 sell out like separately
18:47 you get it on the Frog you got the
18:49 animal style fries
18:50 every food review I do goes back to In
18:52 and Out it's just that's just the nature
18:54 of my way my brain works
19:13 that is really good
19:13 and the fries something about Mickey
19:14 these fries are good here they used to
19:16 sell my kitties fries at Disneyland and
19:19 Magic Kingdom
19:21 over by the former Splash Mountain the
19:24 right by Pecos bills there's a little
19:26 food stand there sell something else now
19:28 used to sell McDonald's fries no Burgers
19:31 no chicken sandwiches only fries I wish
19:33 they'd bring that back somewhere on
19:35 property and it used to be a really
19:36 unique Mickey D's at Disney Springs it
19:39 used to be called Disney Village and
19:40 then Downtown Disney
19:43 here in Florida they had a really cool
19:45 looking
19:46 bizarre looking kind of kitschy looking
19:48 McDonald's I guess McDonald's and Disney
19:51 no longer really Affiliated too much
20:03 it's like Twilight Zone eating this
20:03 just the the vibe and the feeling of the
20:05 the taste of it and the taste buds
20:08 like I should I mean I don't think I've
20:10 ever dipped
20:11 fries and big and Big Mac sauce before
20:14 so I've almost finished off the first
20:16 packet let's just go with one packet
20:18 on the
20:23 on the double what did I get double
20:23 cheese
20:24 whatever this was
20:37 it's also interesting I haven't really
20:37 been craving soda I haven't had soda in
20:38 10 days
20:43 I haven't missed it really the only
20:43 thing I have besides water
20:45 is a coffee in the morning sometimes a
20:46 coffee in the afternoon so there's only
20:48 one coffee a little bit of cream and
20:50 sugar so I have admitted that
20:52 which I think over time is going to make
20:54 a big difference one thing about this
20:56 particular weight loss plan that I am on
20:58 I'm trying to still kind of eat what I
21:00 enjoy you have a couple days where he
21:02 really really healthy but I do want to
21:03 have some cheat days in there as long as
21:04 I don't over excess and Gorge myself
21:08 which I think in the past I've tried too
21:11 hard I don't want to try as hard as I
21:13 tried in the past with not eating and
21:15 really like starving myself I don't want
21:17 to I don't really want to do that
21:18 anymore I want to I want to be a slow
21:19 process over a few months and try not to
21:21 drop a ton of weight
21:23 you know in 30 days I'd rather drop it
21:25 in 90 days or 120 days or a lifetime why
21:29 you could get the Big Mac sauces
21:31 because these are not going to last
21:33 forever
21:34 probably just a clever marketing plan to
21:36 get people to download the app how many
21:37 apps you think they've had downloaded
21:39 today
21:40 100 000 people who never use the Mickey
21:42 D's app and probably downloaded it today
21:44 they got a hundred thousand emails to
21:46 shift through old Ronald
21:48 gonna be sitting by his his old school
21:50 desktop
21:52 you got mail in it just messaging mail
21:54 and everything getting a hold of
21:56 everybody sending out coupons that's
21:58 what he's been doing he's not doing
21:59 commercials anymore start talking about
22:00 diets and losing weight it opens up the
22:03 flood guys example
22:05 the amount of comments will be on this
22:07 video are going to be like three times
22:08 as many as normal video
22:15 I'm kind of often said in the past
22:15 it's almost like talking about religion
22:17 or politics
22:18 dieting and weight loss is like the
22:22 third
22:23 thing people get riled up about
22:30 oh man that is
22:30 probably because I'm really thirsty
22:40 nine pounds in 10 days
22:40 we're not doing too crazy
22:42 a lot of it's Waterway people are
22:44 probably chiming to now say it's a wall
22:46 water weight water weights are first
22:47 week fair enough
22:58 about my journey so far and sometimes to
22:58 be starting it
23:00 is the hardest part and if
23:03 losing water weight gets you motivated
23:05 to continue to go on the Trek to get to
23:07 the next step
23:08 I'm all for it so never let anyone
23:12 you know put you down for losing a few
23:15 pounds in the first week and just saying
23:17 it's water weight
23:18 because it might get you motivated it
23:20 might keep you might keep you motivated
23:21 to do more
23:31 I'm eating a Big Mac on a fry all right
23:31 it's time for the McChicken Mickey D's
23:34 McDonald's needs to have a chicken
23:36 sandwich that's grilled what is the
23:38 problem here
23:39 Wahoo oh these people

23:48 fried who needs that mess I guess this
23:51 is fried

24:26 so I'm not eating the three packets so
24:27 if you're following along at home
24:29 counting the calories I only had one and
24:32 a half packets
24:34 of the Big Mac sauce on this historic
24:38 day the first day I'm also hearing that
24:40 they did release Big Mac sauce overseas
24:49 but now is it invaded the U.S
24:49 it's here
24:50 it's like the Beatles did back in the
24:52 60s
24:54 you know this one's for Ringo
24:56 well this size for Ringo this size for
24:58 George

25:03 but definitely better on the burger I
25:05 think they have it all figured out look
25:06 at this mess I eat like a slob I'll be
25:09 honest
25:18 it definitely makes you realize you're
25:18 not not perfect Nobody's Perfect
25:25 I'm probably less perfect than those
25:25 but I think McDonald's has it figured
25:26 out
25:27 on why they put the Big Mac sauce on a
25:29 burger as opposed to chicken
25:31 I forgot how good the Patty on a
25:33 McChicken is
25:36 I feel like people always watching me
25:37 people over there watching me earlier I
25:39 was doing the intro people watching me
25:41 people always just watching me
25:43 I think there's a song about that
25:46 especially when you're eating people
25:47 like to watch it when you're eating
25:48 not a lot of people watch me video but
25:50 just people over there across the water
25:52 that we're watching now they've walked
25:55 over there looking over here
25:59 I have this extra one that I could take
26:00 home as a little a little souvenir
26:06 yeah
26:07 you know how sometimes they
26:10 the little toys they were giving out
26:13 they end up selling out of them quickly
26:15 you think any McDonald's across the US
26:17 ran out of Big Mac sauce today the one
26:20 guy really nice guy at the celebration
26:21 one showed me like the Holy Grail though
26:23 the box full of them
26:34 this is really good I am going to say
26:34 for the calorie content let's say for
26:36 everything 14 1500 calories no telling
26:39 how much fat how much other disease
26:42 infested producing items are crammed in
26:45 those 1500 calories let's just say the
26:51 I feel like now that I am doing the
26:51 treadmill now that I'm working out a
26:53 little bit
26:55 you don't want to waste calories as much
26:57 when you burn 400 calories on a
26:59 treadmill like I did this morning you
27:00 don't want to drink two sodas to
27:02 completely take that 400 calories I want
27:05 to drink your calories
27:07 and I feel like with this this is an
27:09 exception because it's a rare day but I
27:11 would rather get something a little bit
27:13 healthier eat a little bit more of it
27:15 then eat this every day
27:17 good
27:18 but your mindset changes a little bit
27:20 when you're when you're working out and
27:21 you're burning calories on the treadmill
27:23 I've kind of noticed that it's very
27:24 helpful to really put things in
27:26 perspective on
27:28 not wasting your calories or wasting
27:30 what you're eating if that makes any
27:32 sense
27:42 dang this is good

30:28 probably like 50 I choose one little
30:29 pack of of creamy sugar not even a whole

30:33 but I always put I over over exaggerated
30:35 I'd rather over exaggerate that undercut
30:37 it and pretend I'm not eating as much as
30:38 I am I always like to go high so out of
30:41 everything I just had I put in 1700
30:43 calories which is probably like 200
30:45 calories more than it is but just to be
30:47 on the safe side 1700 calories my
30:49 exercise earlier I did 400 calories at a
30:53 400 calories that I burned actually I
30:56 put that up on my uh social media page
30:58 that I mentioned earlier
31:00 where when I go to the gym I'll like oh
31:02 I'll do like a little story but I just
31:04 put I just put I did 60 Minutes at a
31:06 speed of three but I put 3.5 it went
31:08 over the 400 that I've ever really
31:09 burned 400 so I went low of what I
31:11 really burned on the treadmill and I do
31:13 not put in what I normally walk in a day
31:15 step wise so that's just kind of an
31:16 extra thing too but this still put me at
31:20 581 this week I am under one thousand
31:23 100 and 100
31:26 157 now yesterday I went over by 70
31:30 and the day before 169 which I was a
31:33 little disappointed about that but
31:35 that's the budget for me to lose weight
31:36 so I will lose weight if I eat 2040
31:38 calories that according to this
31:41 you know according to that I'll go back
31:42 to today which is the 27th
31:44 but look at last week I mean I just
31:46 crushed it last week I only ate half the
31:49 calories supposed to it gave myself a
31:51 buffer of 5 000 calories I don't know
31:53 just calorie talk sorry to bore you and
31:55 I'm just going to stick to it I think
31:57 the big thing is how many calories I'm
31:58 gonna I've been burning
32:00 that is like the major thing I got to
32:03 thinking yesterday I was talking about
32:04 my mom when we were at the parks the
32:05 Disney parks
32:07 and I got to think if you got down to
32:09 your body weight you got down to what
32:10 you wanted
32:12 to weigh there's a solar powered thing
32:15 right there
32:16 but if you got down to where you wanted
32:18 what you wanted to weigh
32:21 you know if you were if you were thin
32:23 enough to where you were comfortable and
32:24 you were still working out
32:26 and you were doing you know burning a
32:27 thousand calories a day at the gym
32:30 you could really eat moderate you could
32:33 pretty much eat what you wanted as long
32:34 as it was in you know a moderate
32:36 portions I would like to get that way in
32:39 my life
32:40 at some point get down to what I want
32:42 and then eat
32:44 you know decent stuff
32:46 you know like good good stuff may not
32:49 may be healthy stuff but just eat
32:50 smaller portions of it the key is I
32:53 gotta get down to what I want to get
32:54 down to I think that's pretty much what
32:55 everybody's goal is but yeah that's what
32:57 I'm thinking and I might have misspoke
32:58 the nine pounds I I lost was in eight
33:00 days of tracking on the app so this has
33:04 been day eight that I have lost the nine
33:06 pounds and technically I weighed myself
33:08 yesterday so it would have been the
33:09 seventh day so seven or eight days I
33:11 think I said 10 days 10 days is the
33:13 amount of days I've been on the
33:14 treadmill but I didn't weigh myself and
33:16 so I started doing the
33:23 oh and in no way am I saying what I just
33:23 ate will help anyone lose weight because
33:25 it will not but you know what I'm saying
33:27 I think I've kind of kind of explained
33:29 myself
33:31 very peaceful out here tonight very nice
33:33 the weather
33:34 has cooperated I guess the tornado did
33:37 not make it over this Direction One
33:39 Thing I'm really liking about doing the
33:40 I do about 45 minutes to an hour on the
33:42 treadmill each day or at least try to
33:44 I'm able to get caught up on TV shows
33:46 and movies
33:47 that I have not had a chance to watch
33:50 for a very long time
33:52 so let's say it's a two-hour movie I'll
33:54 watch one hour one day and then the next
33:56 day I'll finish it or you know I'll
33:57 watch a TV show that's like episodes 45
33:59 minutes I'll knock that out
34:02 and one day like I just finished up in
34:05 game today took me three days three hour
34:08 long treadmill dies yesterday I wasn't
34:10 able to I did kind of like an extreme
34:12 High 17 minute workout
34:14 on a 10 elevation
34:16 awesome
34:18 these three boats in the water there
34:21 but over the last three hour days is
34:23 when I did in-game and I'm just going to
34:25 continue watching stuff that I need that
34:27 I've needed to watch for a long time
34:29 people always tell me oh you need to
34:31 watch this you need to watch that
34:33 kind of stresses me out because like
34:35 everyone I know is always like you
34:36 should watch this
34:38 I don't have time now that I'm doing the
34:40 treadmill
34:41 I'm gonna have time I'm gonna make I'm
34:42 making time Fountain is on
34:46 yeah I'm just not the kind of person
34:47 that sits around
34:49 and watches TV I mean I'll throw a movie
34:51 on every once in a while but it's very
34:52 rare that I will just sit around
34:55 and watch TV it just doesn't happen
34:57 after I get done filming and editing
35:00 throughout the course of the entire day
35:02 at the evening last thing I really want
35:04 to do is stare at a tube
35:06 so if I could do that on
35:09 you know a treadmill
35:11 that really does help a lot
35:19 because I'm just I'm just stuck there oh
35:19 I have flip-flops so I can go in here
35:26 and when you're stuck on something you
35:27 might as well utilize that time
35:29 to watch stuff
35:39 I don't know if I've ever stood in the
35:39 middle of this thing I probably have I
35:40 just don't remember
35:43 gotta get over here before it goes back

35:48 Kissimmee but downtown can send me 10
